Purpose of the Processing
We inform you that the personal data you provide us will be processed by Ingeniería de Barcelona, SL, (hereinafter "INGBAR"), and will be used for the purpose of providing you with the contracted service, invoicing and maintaining the commercial relationship and when you have expressly accepted it, through your express authorization, we will also process your data to send you news and developments about sales,  technology and its sector.

INGBAR will keep the data provided for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Legitimacy
The processing of your data is carried out on the basis of your express consent. We inform you that you can withdraw the consent given to the processing of your data, at any time, by contacting lopd@ingbar.es. Likewise, you may stop receiving commercial communications by email by following the instructions that we will provide you in each communication.

Recipients
The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

Rights of data
subjects We inform you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not INGBAR is processing personal data concerning you. You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data, or where appropriate request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Likewise, you may request the portability of your personal data, and the limitation of its processing, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your personal data, in which case INGBAR will stop processing your data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims. You may exercise the above rights by sending an email to lopd@ingbar.es or by post to Enginyeria de Barcelona, S.L., Carrer Roger de Llúria 93, 3-2, 08009 Barcelona. On the occasion of reliably accrediting the identity of the applicant applicant, the provision of an identification document (ID card, passport or equivalent) is required.

You can file a complaint, if you believe that your rights have not been respected, with the supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).

Finally, and in compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, INGBAR undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality, and has approved to this end the security measures provided for in these regulations, the installation of the technical means and the necessary measures within its reach to prevent alteration,  the loss, processing, theft or unauthorised access of personal data.
